Seefin train ambush
IRA attack on a train carrying British forces at a level crossing at Seefin, County Sligo on 6 May 1921. No known casualties but a mixed party of 'Auxiliaries' (Auxiliary Division RIC) and regular RIC captured, disarmed and released.
