Killing of 2 RIC Constables at Ballysadare
2 RIC constables, allegedly carrying despatches from Dublin Castle, were taken from a train travelling from Dublin to Sligo at Ballysadare (Ballisodare), County Sligo on 19 April 1921 by the IRA. Following an interrogation they were both killed.
