Fermanagh Brigade – 1 Midland Division
1 Battalion (Enniskillen): Unit strength on 11 July 1921 was 157 all ranks, and the strength on 1 July 1922 was 227 all ranks. The companies of the 1 Battalion were located as follows: Boho, Derrygonnelly, Enniskillen, Monea, Rosinuremore and Whitehill. (Note: the Whitehill unit was an outpost and by 1 July 1922 was transferred to the 4 Battalion, Fermanagh Brigade.
2 Battalion (Belcoo): Unit strength on 11 July 1921 was 118 all ranks and the strength on 1 July 1922 was 161 all ranks. The companies of the 2 Battalion were located as follows: Belcoo, Doohally, Glangelvin Lower, Glangelvin Upper, Killinagh and Mullaghdun. (Note: the Doohally Company was not formed until after 11 July 1921.)
3 Battalion (Derryling & Arney): Unit strength on 11 July 1921 was 93 all ranks and the strength on 1 July 1922 was 250 all ranks.The companies of the 3 Battalion were located as follows: Arney, Kinawley, Derrylin, Mountain Road, Killesher and Wheathill. (Note: the Wheathill Company was not formed until after 11 July 1921.)
4 Battalion (Tempo): On 11 July 1921 this unit formed the Tempo Battalion, 2 Brigade, 2 Northern Division. By 1 July 1922 it had been designated as the 4 Battalion (Tempo), Fermanagh Brigade, 1 Midland Division and its strength on that date was 189 all ranks.The companies of the 4 Battalion on 1 July 1922 were located as follows: Breagho, Cavanacross, Coa, Tempo, Toneyglaskin and Whitehill.
